March 21, 1952 Phase_2@msn.com Anthem AZ Retired Married 3 7 2018-08-09 19:29:22
One thing I know right now, when I walk into the party, I will feel many years younger than all of us look!

I have been very fortunate over the last 50 years.  By the time of the reunion Debbie and I will have been married 44 years, 3 kids and 7 grandkids (1 boy and 6 girls) with ages ranging from 2 to 14.
We have lived in Phoenix AZ since 1983, one of those things where we were transferred from Cincinnati for just 3-4 years and ended up staying.  After graduating from Bowling Green, I took a teaching job in Cincinnati.  After 3 years of teaching I joined a small firm in Cincinnati that provided the administration of large companies self-insured medical and worker's compensation plans.  During a merger with that company, Debbie and I were transferred to Phoenix AZ.  After 18 years with that company, I decided to start my own company in 1994 to provide technical support for the wireless industries.  Crazy idea at the time especially in the wireless industry, but if you had any cell phone equipment issues between 2000-2004 and were talking to an American, it was a good chance it could have been one of our employees.

In January 2005, we sold the company and I retired.  Since then we have been able to travel extensively with 2 trips that really stand out.  One seeing a baseball game in all 30 baseball parks in 2005 and the second seeing Jim Knudsen and his wife in Beijing China while Jim was the President of Phillips/Conoco Oil of China.  He took us to a golf course that backed up against the Great China Wall and that was just awesome.  I continued to play golf and stay real busy doing who knows what, but I am busy.  If we have a chance to talk, don't bring up medical issues.  I have a bunch of titanium and each piece has it's own 2 hour story, you don't want to go there...

I still come to Minerva a couple times a year to see The Boys.  All our immediate family has moved to Phoenix over the years, which has been great to have a real sense of family especially around the holidays with very little chance of snow...

July 06, 1952 janet.saunier@att.net Louisville OH Retired RN Married 1 1 2019-07-23 13:52:23
Tim and I have been married for 45 years.  Our daughter, Jen and her husband, Don have a beautiful little girl named Chloe, who turned 2 years old this January. We babysit as often as we can and are so blessed to have Chloe in our lives.
As an RN, I worked in many different settings over the last 49 years, from Hospital Cardiac Step Down, to OR, to Med Surg.  I owned my own business (Saunier & Associates) as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant and reviewed medical cases for Plaintiff Attorneys and also worked as an Expert Witness. My real love was working in Geriatrics and was a Director of Nursing for over 30 years.
We sold our home that we built in Minerva and moved to Louisville in 2011. We downsized the land but upsized the house.  We are now the designated "Bed & Breakfast" when our family comes to town for a visit.
I retired last year and we have been busy re-modeling the bathrooms and doing all those big projects that you keep putting off because you just don't have the time.
Tim is quite the photographer and we are always going off somewhere to get that "great shot". We still camp and hike and ride our bikes whenever the weather permits. I recently joined the Y and have been swimming laps 2-3 times a week.  I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and swimming is a great way to keep the joints moving.
All in all....LIFE IS GOOD!
This website is amazing!

July 06, 1952 jmyeagley52@gmail.com Cocoa Beach FL Retired Married 3 5 2019-07-23 13:52:23
After graduation, I worked in the Minerva area till 1973, moving to Virginia.  I worked in the Hampton area as an industrial x-ray technician for 5 years.  I spent 10 years in the Army National Guard as an MP.  After Virginia I moved to Florida and worked at the Kennedy Space Center, Shuttle program.  I was with United Technologies USBI working on the solid rocket boosters.  In 1994 I moved back to Virginia ending up in Colonial Beach where we enjoyed boating the Potomac River.  We had a 36 foot Meriddian fly bridge power boat and traveled from Ft. Myers up the intercoastal waterway to Colonial Beach, Va.  I worked as a Project Manager for 3 different large companies is the Maintenance field.

In 2015, I married Ruth Lovelace as we have been together for 31 years. I am the step-mother of 3 wonderful boys, 5 grandchildren ages 23-6.

In 2018 I retired, we sold the boat, house and moved to our Condo in Cocoa Beach, Fl.  We have purchased a class A RV and plan on seeing the most of the country.  And of course, my golf clubs are already packed and ready to go.
